Returns & Refund Policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Glambini Gift Cards are non refundable. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Once an order is placed online we can't process a cancellation or a refund for change of mind.

We will offer a return or refund for a defective product. Please email photos of your damaged product within 3 days of receipt to contact@glambini.co.  Any claims outside of the 3 day period will not be considered.

To complete your return, we require photos of damaged products, a receipt or proof of purchase & your order number. We will advise you of return address once we assess your claim.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the outcome of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

There is often some processing time before a refund may appear on your bank statement, so please allow up to ten calendar days. If you haven’t received a refund after that period, please advise us at contact@glambini.co. 

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.  

Shipping

To return your product, please contact us first for the returns address.

Please note that you will need to cover the shipping costs for your return parcel. Glambini will not be held liable for any items you return to us that are lost or damaged in transit. Please note, if you decide to return your item, the original shipping costs are not recoverable. We recommend you use a tracked postal service to return your order.
