SHIPPING COSTS

Please double check that you have supplied us with the correct address before submitting your order. We take no responsibility for parcels that are sent to an address that was incorrectly supplied. If you are paying via PayPal, please ensure your PayPal address is up to date. 

SHIPPING TIMES

Orders will generally be shipped in 2-5 business days. Public holidays and weekends are not included in this timeframe. Normal processing times apply to Express Post shipping options.

Orders that include a Pre-Order item will not be split-up for shipping. The entire order will ship when the pre-order item is in stock. 

Express shipping 1-3 business days and must be located within the Express Post regions. Does not include packing times- see above

International
Standard shipping 3-10 business days. This does not include packing times- see above

We take no responsibility for delays to deliveries caused by Freight Carriers. This is out of our control.
